Reshaping a brand for perfect harmony

In a region where tradition often reigns, Forestar had the opportunity to creatively challenge residential branding stereotypes with an unconventional motif: the bell.

We rebranded Forestar’s master-planned community, Carillon, to give it a competitive edge in the suburbs of Austin, TX.  Named after a musical instrument made of 23 or more bronzed bells, Carillon’s unique identity is reinforced by the two prominent bell towers featured at its entryway. Our rebrand elegantly integrates these key elements to ensure the community’s branding resonates with its market.
