In a city known for its sunshine, Moonlight had to enter the market with a thoughtful identity that would resonate with its target audience.
We embraced the opportunity to stand out against the typical sun-soaked aesthetic and developed a unique strategic visual identity for Moonlight, Forestar's new 500-acre community in Arizona. Given the community's plans for regional expansion, our challenge was to create a branding system that is scalable & adaptable, too.
